I am extremely disappointed with Ipronto.com's Nebraska Huskers Game Day transportation service. Between a confusing booking process, uncomfortable buses, and unreliable pickup times, this service was a complete letdown. Confusing and poorly designed booking process As a professional web developer, I found the website difficult to navigate and the booking process unnecessarily confusing. Booking round-trip transportation requires two separate transactions rather than offering a single round-trip option. This creates unnecessary confusion and makes it easy to book transportation to the game without realizing you also need to book a separate return trip. In fact, another passenger on my bus made exactly that mistake. Uncomfortable seating for adult passengers The service uses school buses with seats that are simply too small for adults to sit comfortably. I'm only 5'9", and my knees were pressed against the back of the seat in front of me. If you're going to transport paying adult passengers to sporting events, you need vehicles that can accommodate them comfortably. Unreliable pickup times My bus arrived at the pickup location 20 minutes after it was scheduled to depart. When customers are depending on your service to get to a Nebraska Huskers game on time, that kind of delay is unacceptable. A better alternative already existed The Big Red Express service previously offered by the City of Lincoln was a much better option. It was more cost-effective, offered greater flexibility for passengers arriving at pickup locations, and used buses with seating that adults could actually tolerate. Ipronto.com has taken a service that should make attending Huskers games easier and turned it into an inconvenient, uncomfortable, and frustrating experience. I'd rather deal with downtown Lincoln traffic and parking myself than use this service again. At least then, I would have control over my schedule and wouldn't have to spend the trip with my knees pressed against the seat in front of me. One star. I won't use this service again unless there are significant improvements to the website, booking process, vehicle selection, and reliability. Getting to a Nebraska Huskers game should not be this difficult.

Kory drove myself and 38 of my fifth grade students to and from the ferry station in Oakland to enjoy our field trip. Kory was a wonderful driver to have. He was professional and friendly. He was on-time for both departures and drove smoothly to our destinations. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

The buses were early which was wonderful. They were clean, and safe. Our drivers did an excellent job giving the safety emergency talk and getting us to our location on time and safely. I am very pleased with the excellent service Pronto provided for our field trip. Thank you!

Everything was great! The communication before the event instilled confidence that our booking was on track. We felt no need to reach out for confirmations because we received regular communication from Pronto. Our friendly professional driver arrived on time and communicated via text that he was ready and waiting for our return pickup. We'll book again with YoPronto!
