I had a great experience at my first sharing circle. Speaking with and listening to my partner was much more comfortable for me than I thought it would be. The explanation of the structure and expectations at the beginning was a great way to make me feel that I was in a safe space. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone while within a safe space. It was truly just what I needed. Thank you!

My first sharing circle experience was amazing. Everything ran so smooth and all of my questions were addressed. So thankful for this community!

I am not sure why it is so much easier to share with strangers than family and friends, but it is. It is a great feeling being in a safe space to share anything and everything with no judgment. It is also a great place to practice active listening. Knowing the other person is just there to listen really leaves a feeling of being heard, seen, and felt. I feel so much lighter after, even though the problems are still present. Just letting it out really helps.

Such a beautiful community helping me to connect to myself and others. Love the live classes, sharing circles and Rachel’s way of holding space for others while sharing openly herself. Thank you!

This was a wonderful opportunity to be vulnerable and to let some heaviness go. Hearing someone else speak about their struggles and emotions and just holding space for them was a great practice.
