The love, care, attention and effort that the YogaGirl & Island Yoga Team put into those 21 days (incl before & after) were above and beyond ❤️You just know that they are in it with their whole heart & soul and this shines through in all that they do, from Yogagirl.com, the 30-day challenge during lockdown, Island Yoga & the boutique .. it’s what makes it so, so special and once you’ve felt that love you’ll always want to return!

Amazing experience! This was the first time I did a sharing circle and was so nervous, but it was all very easy to understand and was guided each step of the way. It was also incredible to experience "the perfect partner", I was not expecting that at all. So wonderful to see so many beautiful people come together to share.

Yoga girl.com isn’t just where I go for my next work out. It’s where I go to learn, reflect & push myself further. I have new insight on astrology, Journaling, meditation, & asana. The different levels always give me exactly what I need. Sometimes it’s fire & others it’s grounding. I have been a long time follower of Rachel’s but I have introduced her platform to friends who don’t know her and they have found exactly what they are looking for to connect with others and with themselves. I will always continue to share this page with others!
