A wonderful circle. Felt like I was in ISland Yoga Shala. I was able to connect with someone across the world and have remained connected. It was such a gift to experience this in my own home with my family in the other room. Thank you to the Yoga Girl team for making this possible. A gift to all those who participate.

This has been the most amazing outlet for me to feel and connect. It is evident that thought and love was poured into the planning and execution. To witness and experience a remote environment transformed into something that is intimate and authentic has been such a gift. I hope this practice (or some form of it) will continue regardless of virus status. Sending love and non-corona hugs:)

The Yoga Girl community is beautiful. I went through the YTT at Island Yoga and the team was so caring & thoughtful and created an open & loving environment. I love practicing with the online platform and really appreciate the amount of classes and the many teachers on the site. I am especially loving the live classes, feels like I'm back in Aruba! Ah... where to start... This was beautiful, magical and so needed it. I’m just grateful for the opportunity. The first time I tried (the week before) and didn’t work I have only received support from the team which makes me feel they really care about us, the ones on the other side of the screen. Hi! The sharing circle was beautiful. I was so blessed and grateful to be apart of it. It is completely nerve wracking entering into something like that, especially when paired with the star-struck mentality of being in a LIVE Zoom call with Rachel Brathen. But that made it all the more special and genuine. I felt the empowerment of sharing and the humbling qualities of further enhancing my ability to listen. It signified and emphasized my belief in the unique healing stories of individuals being so essential to recovery from trauma, grief, mental health, life.. anything. Hearing the humanness in someone elses voice automatically makes you feel safe sharing and trusting your heart with them.
