Hi there. We deeply apologize for the delay in our email response and we are very sorry that you were charged more than once. Neither of these were done intentionally, but we are sure this experience has been frustrating and we would love nothing more than to make this right. We have brought these issues up with our technical team to resolve why you were charged more than you should have been, and we have also addressed the issue with why your email did not receive any response. We have gone ahead and refunded you for those two accidental charges and have also reached out to you personally via email in the hopes that you'll be able to enjoy your retreat without issue as well as your experience on our platform.
