Honestly do not know what I’d do without Rachel and YogaGirl.com. I have been following Rachel for many years and subscribed to One O Eight before moving over to YogaGirl. I love Rachel’s approach to yoga, the yoga community, the way she honours the roots of yoga, (as many online platforms and teachers do not) the classes available are suitable for everyone of all ages and abilities and all the teachers are fantastic and offer something different and new to your yoga practice. Subscribing to YogaGirl.com is money well spent and great value for money when you consider how much a single yoga class costs in your local area. Excited to start the Choose Yourself virtual yoga retreat Saturday and look forward to seeing what Rachel and the YogaGirl community do in the future!

My world, and everyone else’s, fell apart in 2020, and the Yoga Girl platform has been the glue holding me together. There are so many different styles of classes with a diverse group of teachers that offer different perspectives on the practice of yoga. Rachel truly created a community for us all when she made this platform. Forever love Yoga Girl.

I really enjoy the online classes. There is a lot to choose from. From sweaty experienced classes to easy flow and restorative classes. And the platform with lot's of information, recipes, inspiration, the podcasts, they really inspire me. So thank you very much for this platform.
