I've been following Yoga Girl on instagram for several years now, read both of her books. My dream is to attend one of her retreats someday... (if she's going to have any in future). In the meantime, listening to her podcast and attending live & recorded yoga classes on her website enables my spirit to heal, grow and flourish (the last one - The intention setting ceremony for 2021 - was a truly magical experience).
