Yocan VaporizerReviews of yocanvaporizer.com

I purchased a defective yocan vape pen and I have called there corporate office and left multiple messages and no response..

The customer service, particularly customer service rep., Anne, goes above and beyond to answer questions about product, directions to help with working the product. I ordered a Dark knife. It didnt "work:. Yocan sent me another one. No questions asked. That one didnt "work" either. Anne walked me through the process of preparing the product, remove all plastic coverings. Viola, the product, both of them, worked. I asked Anne if I should return one of the Dank knifes since I was at fault in understanding how to use the product. Anne said no, keep both. I was"certain" the product was faulty. Anne patiently responded to each email. Walked me through setting up the device,. The customer service, Anne, is an example of how this company WANTS your business and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the product.

I bought the Orbit $30. 1st, works GREAT after a learning curve, then purchased the Dirk hot-knife$19. next. Then the iCan which has an even bigger learning curve and is only 'OK' as an e-rig. Then I bought the Dyna nectar collector$22. GREAT for cleaning up pucks. Then the Yocan Black Pocket for $62. It it THE best portable anywhere, for any price. Last week I saw the Phaser Max-2 ($68.) and said "Finally, there's the best shape, with 3-D ceramic heating, strong Battery, and 1/4 the price of puffco's devices.

My order arrived fairly quick and my orbit vaperizer worked really well

Always prefer yocan batteries. The brand I mainly stick with.

Top notch service from the website, tons of updates. And the Yocan products themselves are among the best, and I've tried a lot!

I bought a Yocan Black Pocket for my brother's birthday and their shipping is fast. When I messaged their customer service they responded promptly to my question. Thanks, Yocan!
