Companies products are low quality and their customer support is also poor

When it works, it works fine. Unfortunately, most of the time, it doesn't. The manual says to "click 5 times to turn it on." Yes, I'll do that, no response. Do that again, no response. Do that again a few more times with no response. Eventually, it will turn on and I'll take a decent haul - because I know this isn't likely to last - and then when I press the button again, nope... no joy. Start pressing the button 5 times again to hope you get a response. Their Evolve Plus XL is a much better vape, until the button slides under the casing, at which point it's done. The other thing that irritates me about this crappy vape, is that when it does appear to be going, I'll have a good haul - then notice that the light has gone out. While I'm holding the on button.

Yocan Evolve-D Plus — A Product Quality Failure The problem with the Yocan Evolve-D Plus isn't the cost of replacing coils. The problem is that the product itself has a serious design flaw. The coil burns a hole directly through the centre of the material, forcing the customer to repeatedly disassemble the unit and manually mix the material simply to get the thing to function properly. That is not normal wear and tear. That is a design failure. What makes this even more frustrating is Yocan's response. Rather than acknowledging the problem and standing behind the product, the company appears more interested in finding reasons why it isn't responsible. I no longer have the receipt because I discarded it, but I purchased the product legitimately. Sadly, the responsibility has effectively been pushed back onto the customer. For me, that says considerably more about Yocan than the defective product itself. If you are considering buying a Yocan product, do your homework first. Read the customer reviews and pay particular attention to how complaints about product quality are handled. I have purchased plenty of products over the years. Things occasionally fail. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Yocan's response to this problem has convinced me that I will not be buying another Yocan product. The issue isn't the price of another coil. The issue is whether Yocan stands behind what it manufactures.

I was going to buy several products from the Yocan Website until I got to checkout and they were asking to be tipped for buying their products. I'm pretty sure they're not making servers wage there. I'm so sick of being asked for a tip everywhere I shop. You need to provide some sort of service and being paid a servers wage to deserve a tip. I will no longer be using Yocan products.

Do not ever buy from this company every piece that I bought from yocan have been deffective. The first product that I have bought from their company was a yocan battery after one day it stoped working, the second product is the ican for live resin, I have tried terp,resin,thc diamonds and live resin multiple times each and every single time it didnt even do a tiny bit of smoke. Finally I bought another yocan battery and after 45 minutes it broke. Do not ever buy from this company it is the cheapest products I have ever tried to use if you want to save your money and time do not even bother with this brand .

Do not buy from them. I bought an item on February 6 and never shipped and they never answer either.
