CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had to make several attempts to find out the status of our wholesale order. I tried contact method on the wholesale website, and no one emailed me back. Chat is not operable. Then after I finally received status of the order it took several attempts to get a copy of the invoice. The only two people that deserves 5 stars--Laura Mariscal and Jasmine Anzaldo. They were able to get what I needed after making several attempts. All of this took a little over 3 weeks to resolve.

i tried for 2 weeks to call text …
i tried for 2 weeks to call text email chat never got one answer back finally my orderd arrived after 18 days . Now they have shorted me 5 pair of white capri
