Yhwh TimepiecesReviews of yhwh-timepieces.com

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my latest experience with the brand YHWH. I pre-ordered my watch, “Ephesians 2:8,” on the 24/08 and received it on the 08/11. Yes! I waited quite a long time for the watch, but what do you expect from a pre-order? The waiting time was expected and was also clearly stated on the product page! I received an update every week about the watch I had ordered, which was a little bit annoying but amazing at the same time! The watch was really well protected in the package I received. I love it, the watch looks amazing!

Absolutely run run run!!! Complete fraud!!! Just got my bank helping me recover my money. Placed order since August 7. It’s been one story after another.

I will admit that I didnt trust YHWH Timepieces based on reviews, which I had only read after placing an order. This caused me to doubt the company. After I placed an order, I reached out to them immediately through email. I found their email address on their website, copied and pasted it, and sent them an email asking to be updated on the shipping schedule. They responded within a few hours that same night. I emailed back and forth with them at least 6 times throughout the next few days, and they responded every time the same night. I dont believe the ones who say they emailed and never received a response. That was not my experience at all. They were very accommodating and honest with the fact that the shipping could take some time depending on the current inventory. I received the watch 18 days after placing the order, which is not too bad, actually. I think it is important to order a watch that is in stock, because it will take much longer to receive one that needs to be manufactured and imported. I would suggest emailing them to verify inventory, unless you dont mind waiting for the watch to arrive later. I am confirming they are not a scam company, and do deliver on their watches. I am also confident that if you want to cancel your order because the wait is too long, they will send you a refund, because that was offered to me. I would say to buy with confidence. I will buy again, most likely one for my wife if she wants one. My experience with their customer service was 10/10 top notch!

Excellent product quality, and I'm surprised the price point is so low. I and happy to learn some of the profits go to Christian causes. Delivery takes a little while, but that is no problem, the watch was worth the wait.

FRAUD ⛔️ WARNING‼️ BE WARNED‼️ Do NOT Buy‼️This company is ABSOLUTELY fraudulent and will take your money and ghost you!! I wish I had read the reviews on a third party site first (NEVER TRUST the brands site as they can be loaded with fake reviews). After a lengthy amount of time, I finally received watches. They weren’t what I was expecting. It took countless emails to finally get them to send me a return address (as they tried over and over to manipulate me into keeping them or just gifting them to someone else). They have now had their brand new watches (never even taken out of boxes) for over a month, and they still refuse to process a return. Be forewarned, this is NOT a Christian company. This is a fraudulent company using faith as a way to manipulate and steal from you. So DO NOT give them your business!!! I am now forced to seek other actions to recover whatever they have stolen.

Don't get me wrong, their watches are fine. However how they advertise it to look like a Rolex watch is wrong. Their actual watches do not look like as shown on their advertisement photos. They are promoting God's word but deceives people blatantly.

Ordered two watches on 9/10 and tracked shipment that stopped recording or moving two days later. 9/12 is the last input on shipment. Sent multiple messages and try to write a review on their site and it’s impossible. I sent my mobile number, e-mail and no reply. Making me believe those 1000+ reviews are all fake. This scam used Christ and Faith as bait.

No communication??? Have been attempting to email MULTIPLE times?! Highly dissatisfied, this was meant to be a Father’s Day gift, ordered over a month ago almost going on two months now. Poor customer service, poor communication. I want my refund but unfortunately I can’t contact anybody from this business. If I could give zero stars I would!
