FINALLY RECEIVED MY WATCH (it looks good, overall proces is where i am dissapointed)
First of all, i FINALLY got my watch. After my order was noted in September 2025, it took a LONG time before we got told that there were going to be changes and BIG delays.. Delay, after delay and almost no communication between the customer and YHW Timepieces. In the end i got my product and i am happy about the design and overall look of the watch itself. The reason i am giving it 2 stars is because of the lack of communication, which made me believe it was a scam for such a long time. Seeing online i was not the only person to think this, again because there was such lack of communication. In the end i am happy that i received my product, but very dissapointed of the overall proces. This kind of things can happen, as long you keep your customer(s) up to date! (Received my watch on 29-01-2026)

Thank you for the fair review. you're completely right: the product was there, our communication wasn't. That launch period taught us a lot. We now ship from stock within days and answer support within 24–48h. I'm glad you love the watch. Thilo, Founder
