Terrible customer service. They never reply, they don’t answer the phone. I want to be refunded. Do not buy from this company!!!!

Horrible quality of hair. This ISN'T human hair. I paid $150 for 3 bundles and as soon as my braider installed the hair it frizzed up and a week later matted up. I had to cut the hair out. I can't get anyone on the phone and they won't respond to my email.

I purchased what I thought was a great deal for bulk human braiding hair on May 3rd, 2025 from YGWigs and I've only received 6 out of the 8 bulk hair packages that I paid for. They advertised on May 3rd, 2025 on their website a deal that included 8× bulk double drawn hair with length and color options. I chose the color options, only 6 out of the 8 were sent to me. I contacted customer service about the other missing bulk packs. I was told several different stories from customer service about the items "still processing" "to being shipped", to "not being shipped", them trying to charge me extra for the color that I wanted after the fact and much more. Fortunately I've kept all of my email correspondence with their horrible customer service, and to date, I have not received the missing bulk packs. I've since reported all of this in a complaint to Klarna since I purchased through them. Buyer beware they're trying to scam customers!
