YextReviews of yext.com

The most enjoyable experience with any vendor! - Going into the call I was totally upset and was ready to cancel - Ms. Marianne definitely rebuilt my confidence while showing me everything inside of this platform - Her patience and understanding and thorough knowledge of the software as the lynchpin to my experience and remaining a partner with Yext!

Absolutely helpful in every way!

Excellent customer service, tools, and training. Special thanks to Jeff and Adam!

Adam provided excellent training. He was affable, patient, and very knowledgeable about using the products and resources that Yext has to offer. I look forward to using Yext to help our clients achieve maximum ranking.

I was skeptical about Yext, I knew eventually this innovation would be available eventually, and I'm thrilled that they have it mastered. Yext saves me numerous hours every month by making managing our local listings fast and easy AND the changes I make take effect immediately! Beyond the software, the support is outstanding. Every time I call (7 or 8 times a year) they answer all my questions or try very hard to. Always professional, upbeat and happy to help with even the most obscure requests. I have recommended Yext often to my peers, if you are in the Internet Marketing world or own a business, Yext makes managing your local listings fast and easy.

I have been in business 3 years, and I tried so many companies fhat promised me a position on the front page of google. It wasn’t until I spent the 500.00 bucks with Yext and got my business information on all 66 listing that I saw an actual difference. They truly made a difference in my web presence. There was no hidden fees, the dashboard is easy to use and you can change any type of business info on all the listings right from there with the click of a button. Setting it up was a breeze! Yext is the only company to trust when it comes to web listings and managing your company online.

Great customer service great company!

The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. It's empowering to have instant changes across the web, and we couldn't be happier with the service. I also have good support through my account manager Maria, and the helpful support ticket team. Very happy with our Yext partnership!
