RUN FROM YEXT. Company is going downhill fast. Since they went public, the support is mediocre at best. No one really cares -- they give you vague email responses to string you along and hold you hostage. Read the reviews on Google Maps for yourself. 1 Star across the board. No Review feature on FB, HMMM wonder why? I became a partner of theirs. Every year, we would meet up and talk about the coming year's goals, how they could support my agency. This year with COVID, it slipped my mind to reach out to them. Guess who is a HOSTAGE in another year long contract? I am pretty much being held, so they can try to do something for their failing stock price. No one to talk to. They send email responses every week or so, as they're so busy probably putting out fires left and right. So many better companies and options out there.

Will not allow us to cancel - been a customer for years. Trying to stop billing and they will not assist or cancel the account. Terrible customer service and product.

Wish I go give ZERO Stars because that is what we have gotten - ZERO action. We are taking to our State's Attorney General and plan on legal action. Last we heard was their tech support would reach out - not happened in a month despite sending emails - no management contact what so ever

They double charged me on my subscription, would not give the extra $500 back so when my bank took it back they closed my active account. Their support is horrible good luck getting in contact with them. Since I bought a subscription my gmb rank has gone down. What a nightmare. I do not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Update: Yext responded on trust pilot but still has not contacted me whatsoever. Sad they respond to reviews faster than they respond to support

I will never deal with this company. Their support team needs support. Before i paid 500$ subscription for 1 year they painted for me a very nice picture about how their silly platform will bring me customers and climb the ladder to be shown in top 5 or whatever. That never happened and will never happen. I also contacted their support team for some technical issues, but, they never answered. I advise you to save your money and not waste 500$ . You DONT need yext

Incredibly disappointed by how these guys treat their loyal customers or 'Partners' during these super hard times for small companies. I have been with YEXT for YEARS, but I turned off my services back in April because COVID was destroying my business and I had to cut down on expenses and close the office for a few months. Fast forward to August, I received an email saying that my account was being closed and my outstanding balance was over $1,000! for services that I was NOT receiving. I used to recommend this service to my colleagues, but not anymore. My business is just beginning to get back on its feet and these guys are going right for my kneecaps. A terrible, heartless company that just wants to gouge your wallet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not do business with this company! I handled a few listings for a national franchise. When the national folks decided to take all the listings under their Yext account I canceled my listings, however according to Yext I did not do it correctly and not all of them within the timeframe they wanted. They are still trying to charge me $1800 for no service as the listings are under the corporate Yext account now so they are already getting paid. They have now sent me to collections. You can’t get anyone on the phone and every email is just a standard response. I am not using any of their services and they closed the account so how do they think I owe them money?

Customer service is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Months of email chains, complete incompetence, forced to chargeback through our credit card company to fight fraudulent charges in which we were refunded. Continue to fight with the company 6 months later, I have never had a worst experience with any service provider in many years of doing business.
