Have been a customer with YEXT 3 years. From a large company with just under 1000 locations. Pros: 1. Reduces time updating listings (The more lisitings you have, the more time saved) 2. Insightful analytics 3. User friendly 4. Friendly team 5. Best in class Cons: 1. Most expensive in class 2. Although they work with the big publishers like Google, they have only so much control over the platform 3. Long process to clean up a messy account Karen Buckley is a great Client Success Manager and will add value to any partnership.

Yext really helps you know and understand your own brand and business. I love the instantaneous nature of listings updates across a large number of publishers. Lastly, I am a huge fan of Yext's update scheduling feature.

I have been working with yext since 2011 and I conitnue to do so because of the ease of their platform and the value it can bring to certain types of businesses. Most clients that do marketing with our agency use Yext because of the immediate positive impact it can make on their digital presence. I also have a dedicated account manager who is able to help me navigate the platform and make good decisions on scaling - very helpful.

I recently decided to upgrade my condominium which includes new window treatments. After contacting a varius different companies, I chose "Josel Blinds.". Harry the owner came out with various selections of blinds. He helped me select the perfect blinds including type and color.Thanks to Harry, his professionalism and knowledge, I have a beautiful updated condominium. I highly recommend Josel Blinds. We ate at the Ashland fazoli and Becca and Haley were really nice they were so friendly and they really take extra care of there customers they were the best! Yummy food
