We have been using Yext for over a year now and we feel supported and we are growing a strong partnership with the Yext Team. John, Bryony and Ashley are always responsive and supportive and know the Platform inside out. Having hundreds of shops, we have seen the benefit of Yext during the pandemic as we were able to update our customers efficiently and at scale on changing opening hours or closures and inform them of our safety protocols. The analytic part of the platform is my favorite as it gives us the insights of our company and allow us to promptly take action when needed.

Yext is easy to handle and we always feel very supported. Additionally they are constantly working on new tools which we partly purchased already. Can't wait to see what's next and how much we'll develop even more.
