Yext is Trustworthy

Fazolis in Ashland, KY has delicious food at reasonable prices. We had delicious chicken wings, creamy and decadent lobster Mac n cheese, mozzarella cheese skewers, and those soft, addictive breadsticks. The location was clea and service was excellent. We even received complimentary breadsticks to take home with all the leftovers.

I went to Fazoli's last night on my lunch break. I work at the hospital and we are limited to restaurants at night. As soon as I get there and order I realize I didn't have my wallet and left it at home🤦‍♀️🙆‍♀️ I spoke with Rodney and suggested going online to pay by having my husband give me my payment info over the phone. Instead, as I was scrambling to get that done, Rodney was very kind enough and said, "I'm going to go ahead and let you have this meal. Just pay it forward to someone else someday." I was more appreciative than he knew and wanted to come on her and share my gratitude. They were all so kind at the drive-thru and patient. Thank you Rodney and crew for being understanding!

Yext has been an incredible platform for us to manage our online reputation and reviews. Through Yext we manage 174 locations globally across all different markets, giving us access to analyse the voice of our guest online, track sentiment of reviews and reply to online reviews. The team at Yext really care about giving us a tool which is insightful and useful and throughout the pandemic have been great at sharing best practice, holding virtual events and special industry speakers. Our account manager, Karen, is now one of the family in our organisation! Highly recommend.
