You can manually update information on each site by adding your business information to each individual publisher. You can also leverage a tool like Yext. Yext is just one solution that businesses can use to manage their data across the web, and going through us is not required. Our mission is to put businesses in control of their information everywhere it lives online and provide them with a central source of truth to update their information on search engines, directory sites, maps, apps, etc., in near real time. We appreciate the feedback, and are sorry that you feel this way. Inaccurate and incorrect information on business listings can occur in many ways, such as through data aggregators. Yext works to counteract this by putting businesses in control across the publisher sites we partner with so they can update this once, and in real time. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We'd like to apologize if there was any miscommunication around how our services work. So you're aware, we offer subscriptions on an annual billing cycle, because we also pay the listing sites on your behalf. Doing this allows us to guarantee that your information will show up accurately on those sites. All subscriptions are set to renew automatically each year. Since we push and protect your data on a daily basis, the automatic renewal prevents any disruption in service. Auto-renewals are the standard practice for software services, and you have the option to opt out of the renewal or cancel your service altogether at any point. We appreciate your feedback, Tammy and know that you have been speaking directly with our Account Management team about termination and that this request has been fulfilled as of today. Typically, we offer a termination time period as clients get ramped up with our services in case they determine that Yext is not a good fit. As part of your account, this was offered to you prior to you signing a contract. We hope that this information helps and that we can hopefully work together again in the future.
