YextReviews of yext.com

Great product that makes managing your 3rd party digital assets much easier.

From initial contact to implementation to everyday use (and we do use it everyday), working with Yext has been a pleasure. They've helped us every step of the way, training was a breeze, and they even send us reminders to update our holiday hours and stay on top of our listing info. On top of all that, the features in the CMS are always growing and improving which, to us, feels like added value every quarter.

Yext has been very supportive with many of our digital needs-including review management and solicitation, management of all of our Facebook accounts and of course our digital listings on numerous sites including Google. Their staff has been patient and very supportive.

Best solution of its kind. Have and will always recommend Yext!

We own a small business and needed help increasing our customer base. So far it has been a huge success we have seen an more customers from the internet in the past few months! We had advertised in local newspapers but Yext.com has proven to be more successful with our customers. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, they explain everything clearly and simply. The follow up thru there emails is exceptional reviewing everything we discussed and they answer all your questions quickly! I would highly recommend yext.com to any business owner! It is a win-win for everyone!

I own a small business and my experience with Alex S and other individuals at Yext has been excellent; phones answered promptly and cheerfully, short wait time to speak to a representative, professional and useful interaction with people who clearly know how to treat a customer. My business moved 2 years ago and I had no idea how many unofficial sites listed my business, many of which were incorrect. Yext has helped me make sure my name and logo are listed correctly in over 70 sites at a fraction of the cost of the marketing firm that built my website! The process was quick and easy. When you have a problem, someone is there to help you cheerfully and effectively. The product is great, the business model and tech support is even better! A satisfied and loyal customer, Dr. Lori
