Great customer service, I was a bit anxious a about the product coming too me after been told it was 2 days. Lisa assured me that this product was on its way and believe she has gone above and beyond for me to get the product to me. I was told 3-5 days and it was here in 2 days. Thank you customer service at Yesoul. Only recommendations would to have a UK based customer service centre.

Company cares about customer experience. Originally didn't ordered because of reviews on requiring subscription to mirror screen on their devices. Then after hearing the customers they reverted it to free. I placed order and it came and functioned exactly as such. Setup account then unlock mirror you don't have to stay signed in or use their app. The G1M-T Plus came with the speaker grill installed upside down. This was the chance to see if the horror stories of customer service was true. To my surprise they replied immediately and provided several options to remedy the situation. Call me a satisfied customer will be watching this company for future products.

the bike is awesome, no issues with pairing to bluetooth or smth. screen cast is just mind blowing feature. I love it and recommend to everyone.
