I was excited to place my order for the G1M Plus but after i did, i realized that i needed to head out of State the following week. I quickly contacted support that evening asking them to hold my order until i return. By the time i woke up in the morning, i had a response letting me know that they would be happy to assist and that i could order the additional items that i wanted as well.

The bike is much less expensive than the competition. The Bluetooth sensor works very well. Had a few minor setup issues that were quickly resolved. Only thing I would have liked is if some apps can control resistance and this bike doesn’t have that feature. However I enjoy it works with third party apps and I also like the instructors on Yesoul App. Also the technical support is very prompt.

Der Aufbau war wirklich unkompliziert und in kurzer Zeit erledigt. Das Programm ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und leicht zu bedienen – perfekt auch für Einsteiger. Besonders überzeugt mich das Training: es macht Spaß, ist abwechslungsreich und man kommt richtig ins Schwitzen. Ich kann das Bike nur weiterempfehlen – eine tolle Investition in die eigene Fitness!

I love my Yesoul rowing machine. From ordering, tracking shipping, to setting it up and using it, it has all been a positive experience. I purchased the R1M Plus rower. I love the large screen where I can do any workout platform using a tethering chord, or the Yesoul workouts. The machine feels sturdy during a workout. The sound from the forward facing speaker is great. The resistance and whole workout experience was great. What mattered most to me was their customer support. I had issues with my shipping address and they were quick to let me know we needed to update the address and were with me every step of the way as the machine traveled to me via FedEx. They answered every question I had. I love Yesoul, and look forward to bettering my fitness with their products.

Great experience with customer service representative. I had sent email requesting update and my purchased was delayed. But once I received my treadmill it was easy to set up and I’m loving my purchase. So far so good. No regrets. Thanks YESOUL
