Easy set up and great experience

I had a really positive experience with the YESOUL exercise bike. Initially, there was a hiccup because the first package got lost in transit, but their customer service team was fantastic. They immediately expedited a replacement, and I got the new bike within just a couple of days. When it arrived, it was packaged really well, and the installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bike itself is sturdy and strong, and I’m definitely looking forward to many good workouts on it. Overall, I’m quite happy with the purchase and the customer service that YESOUL provided.

After a bumpy start where they missed the delivery estimate for my bike and their website didn't give me any tracking info, their customer service team responded to my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy.

I had a great experience with the customer support. I did assemble the bike and assembly was very easy but then I didn't connect the cables properly and hence the screen was not working. But with the great help from the customer support with clear guidance, I was able to fix it. It's fully functional now. They are very prompt and proactive and you will get the answer immediately.

My husband told me about YESOUL (the competitor to pelaton). I wasn’t sure because the price was a lot better so I was sceptical. We bought the bike to see if the hype was worth it and boy was it worth it !! We love the bike. Getting the app helps make the experience so much more fun too. 10/10 recommend. We’re actually thinking of getting the treadmill too
