I ordered my bike on November 14, apart from an email confirmation of the order I heard nothing. I emailed 24th November for clarification and they replied the next day explaining the issue with shipment and stock. They explained it would be early December. I would have appreciated more updates on the delivery date as I was away on Holiday and was hoping it would be delivered before I left. It was delivered the day I returned but I had no correspondence of this , so it was left outside most of the day waiting my return. Luckily the bike was it good condition and worked well. I am disappointed that my Apple fitness and Netflix does not stream onto the screen. I am very disappointed with this as I bought the bike thinking it would just mirror everything on my Apple phone. More transparency and information needed during ordering process. The bike itself is very comfortable and quiet and enjoyable to ride. *9th Dec- thank you for your reply and support and explanation. This is really helpful and I am more than impressed with your customer service in managing these issues and the help since the bike arrived. Obviously the delay could not have been avoided but acknowledging the feedback about streaming is greatly appreciated and will help others. I love my bike. At first I was skeptical about purchasing a stationary bike and adding it to my workout routine. Boy was I wrong! As I get older and the winter months are among us this bike was a great addition to my workout routine and body friendly for this 42 year old. I love how quiet it is and how it fits into my workout room upstairs. The sound quality on the speaker is excellent. I love the screen sharing option and recently have been using the app to select my workout routines. Im so glad my husband purchased this for me vs. a peloton. I highly recommend.

I’m pleasantly surprised by my experience with Yesoul. I was apprehensive based on some reviews and the price seemed too good to be true Vs the leading brand. Turns out I need not have worried, ordered the bike online, communication has been really good and the bike turned up as expected. Assembly was easy, took maybe an hour on my own. Quality I can’t fault, it feels solid and robust. Connecting my phone has been straightforward to enable me to watch spin classes etc through the screen. I’ve not started my subscription yet so can’t comment on that but have every confidence it will be great from looking at the app.
