The seat is horrible, the seat cushion you buy to make it more comfortable is also horrible. If you look at all the demonstrations of the bike, the user is standing while cycling. Customer service is not helpful at all. I hate this horrible torture machine, it is the worst.

I purchased a Yesoul Fitness rower and noticed that the strap was fraying on the very first day I used it. I initially thought the strap was being damaged by the mechanism inside the magnetic hub. I contacted the company, and they requested the serial number and the usual photos. It took them two weeks to send a replacement, but it wasn’t just a strap—it was an entirely new hub with the strap already attached. Since there is no real service presence in the U.S. (because it’s made in China), I had to take the rower completely apart—and I mean completely—only to find out that it had been assembled incorrectly at the factory. There was missing hardware (a nut) that should have been part of the hub assembly attaching to the frame. The hub was also misaligned, which caused the strap to fray. The replacement hub they sent came with no instructions. Instead, they provided a poor-quality video that only showed how to remove the old hub. It did not explain or demonstrate how to properly coil the strap onto the new hub so it could be reassembled correctly and achieve the proper resistance. I consider myself mechanically inclined, but after spending four hours trying to figure it out, I still could not get it working. I was never properly instructed on how to wrap the strap around the hub to make the rower functional again. I provided them with all the details about how the rower was incorrectly assembled from the start. The strap began fraying on day one, and I even had to row unevenly just to keep it from rubbing inside the hub. I’ve owned this rower for five months, and it’s now been four weeks since I’ve been able to use it at all. Their only offer to compensate me was a $30 refund on a $400 purchase—which is insulting. I did nothing wrong. This is clearly due to their negligence and poor quality control. The rower might work if you’re one of the lucky ones, but when it fails, you’re left with a large, useless piece of equipment. I do not recommend buying this rower. They do not properly support their product or their customers when things go wrong, and their compensation is completely inadequate. Do not buy it—you’re on your own once they take your money and ship the product.

After weeks of "troubleshooting," it now displays a persistent "Unauthorized" error and the sensors for cadence and resistance have failed completely. It is now a non-functional "brick." Misleading Advertising: Their website claims the app is "free to use," but core features are gated behind a mandatory paid subscription that was not disclosed upfront. Poor Support: I have spent over three weeks in a loop of repetitive emails. Despite providing photo evidence of the defects, they continue to demand "homework"—asking me to check internal wiring and flywheel lights—rather than taking responsibility for a defective unit. They offered a 2-month credit for a bike that doesn't work, then reneged on it during the refund process. Incompatibility: Their support insists on Zoom calls during business hours that do not accommodate working professionals. Bottom Line: If you are a busy person who needs equipment that "just works," stay away. YESOUL expects the customer to act as an uncompensated field technician for their faulty products. I am currently pursuing a full refund through PayPal.

I spend more time fighting with the app than what I spend excersizing! ...No one is ever available to help, either. Grrrr. If I would have known how frustrating it is to use the machine, I wouldnt have bought it!!

Please be aware that if you are not an influencer you will be waiting months for your bike. I ordered a bike from Yeseol in February and have still not received the bike. There was no communication from the company when I bought the bike regarding shipping and delivery. Last week I reached out as there was still no available shipping or delivery information. When I emailed them, I was only then told that there has been a delay and my bike would not be shipped until April. Being on most social media platforms, I have seen in the last 3 weeks there is a litany of uk and other eu influencers marketing this bike. It'd pretty much every second ad. So uts very clear where the 'delay' is. So please be aware when purchasing, that you are likely to be waiting months for the bike and shipping and delivery information is not what it says on website (10-15days). The response from the company has been all AI chatbot responses so don't expect to get anything there either. Overall very poor experience. If there is any further delay I will be pursuing a refund.

Order and delivery of the bike really good, however arrived and doesn't work, customer service horrendous no resolution other than told to try and fix it myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPNAY TYPICAL CHINESE RUBBISH

Ordered a package deal and although the bike is functional, the rowing machine didn’t turn up and the treadmill won’t work! Customer services is appalling, totally ignored me on one response and yet sales emails keep coming!!!! I have a heavy piece of kit sitting in my room doing nothing, and I’d rather they take it back but they ignore my mails. I shouldn’t be treated like this and nor should anyone, absolute joke!

Customer service was to be the worst. I have emailed Yesoul 6 times and got no response. It makes sense why they don't have a phone number, because once they get your money they don't care about your problems with the bike.
