Yesoul FitnessReviews of yesoulfitness.com

Excellent quality bike and very easy to assemble. Customer service get back to you within 24 hours if needed. Overall great experience!! Would recommend

I received the bike in a timely manner and the setup was easy to follow. I find the bike to be of great quality, and easy to adjust for different heights. I enjoy the screen mirror feature that allows for flexibility on what I want to watch. Great Job!

Great company and great equipment

Great customer service and quality products.

Lieferung hat etwas gedauert, da es zwischen den Feiertagen war. Aufbau und Kundenkontakt waren bisher sehr unkompliziert. Das Yesoul Bike G1M Plus tut was es soll. Sehr zufrieden. Kann es weiterempfehlen.

firm build quality, sleak design. I own both Peloton and Yesoul, and the only thing Yesoul lacks is auto resistance adjustment. Everything else is on par with Peloton, and its phone mirroring is actually better. At this price point, it’s an easy recommendation.

We ordered the treadmill and rower combo package, the treadmill showed up within a week, but a week later the rower still hadn’t arrived. We contacted them ready to cancel and return the treadmill when they reached out with a response a day later explaining demand had depleted the stock. They also offered us the subscription to their program for 6 months to both items. We agreed and our rower arrived less than a week later. We’re very pleased with our purchase as my husband was able to put each together in about an hour making sure to follow the directions carefully as we’d seen some reviews of difficulties which he didn’t experience. We think they have great sound and screen quality (we both admit we’d love if the screens were touchscreen) and are both quiet as we used them at the same time. I tried the beginner classes on each out of curiosity. The rower was a 20 minute session and I found the instructor to be very clear and encouraging with many reminders of form and to practice. The treadmill instructor was helpful as she explained what was coming up. I like the closed caption and countdown on each section of the workout. We’re definitely happy with our purchase

I have a fantastic experience from purchasing through to using my YESOUL spin bike. The instructions were clear and the product has worked seamlessly. The communications have been prompt and I’d recommend the product and company to anyone!
