Var lite tveksam efter alla positiva recensioner jag läst, men måste erkänna! Detta är bland det bästa köpet jag gjort på länge! Skärmen är väldigt bra! Stabil och tyst! Really good customer service
I saw Yesoul had a good special offer on for a fitness bike so pulled the trigger and ordered it. I got a bit of buyers regret and attempted to cancel the order but then decided I wanted it. During this time the customer service team were understanding and left my order in place. Due to there being a delay in delivery (told mid Feb) they offered me a 3 months free subscription to their service as a sorry and then the bike was dispatched yesterday (4th Feb) and delivered today with no issues. Bike went together nicely and seems to be well made. Overall very happy with the service I have received.

This was bought as a present for my daughter, so I was a little anxious when the shipping updates didn’t seem to move for a while. However, the customer service team were absolutely brilliant. They kept in touch, acted quickly, and once they stepped in the order was expedited straight away. When it arrived, I was genuinely relieved and so pleased it was finally here. I can’t thank the customer care team enough for how proactive and reassuring they were throughout. The bike is set for her big day and it is absolutely perfect , solid , comfortable, better than any of the bikes at the gym I work at ! Thank you Yesowl!!
