Love the bike great quality product

I was looking at a Peloton but I thought they were too expensive and started looking for an alternative. I settled on the Yesoul and it was delivered within 2 weeks pre Xmas. So thought it was good. Easy to setup and get riding. Phone plugs straight in and can play anything from phone. All in all very good experience.

Was man beachten sollte ist, dass es nach Bestellung etwa 7-8 Wochen dauert, bis die Lieferung ankommt. Der Aufbau gestaltet sich einfach. Benötigtes Werkzeug ist beigefügt. Das Rad läuft sehr leise. Die Einstellung des Magnetwiderstands erfolgt über einen Drehknauf und wird am Bildschirm in % angezeigt. Man hat sehr viel Möglichkeiten sich während der „Fahrt“ unterhalten zu lassen. Wir sind sehr begeistert und freuen uns über dieses Rad.

I purchased this bike as an alternative to Peleton, and have found this bike to be very well made. I have been using the bike for about 4 weeks and the fact that you can use various apps or subscriptions (for a wide variety of classes and challenges) is really great. I have loved using the bike and have no doubt I will continue to use this product regularly.

I ordered the G1M plus bike, it arrived within 10 days and was promptly built. The bike appears solid, however, it creaks loudly from the stem where the seat slots in. I have raised a ticket and tried to contact customer services directly, but have not received any acknowledgement or response. Initial query was raised last week, with another followup when I realised a ticket can be made from their website. It's frustrating that I can not get this issue addressed. At present, I would be reluctant to recommend this company, which is a shame as ilthe bike has the potential to be a great product. Update 1: Yesoul have since been in touch and have immediately set about understanding the issue in hope of rectifying it. Will keep you posted, but things are on the up. Update 2: The bike was replaced and I have done a few workouts on the new frame. There is no noise, and the ride is smoooooottthhhh! This is exactly what I wanted. The whole package is great, the TV, the speakers and the workouts within the Yesoul app. My phone connects to the screen without issue and my watch send my HR. It really is a great product. If you're having issues persevere with customer care as they are great. The enquiries have a response delay, but they genuinely do help resolving the issues. Im very happy with the product and would highly recommend, despite having the issues at the start. Happy riding.

Update 14.02 "Versand aus Lager in Deutschland" scheint die Realität zu sein. Unser Bestellung wurde am nächsten Werktag gleich "versendet" zumindest laut Benachrichtigung, die Ware hat sich in den letzten 6 Tagen aber nicht mehr bewegt, wurde dann aber nach 7 Werktagen durch GEL nach Avis zugestellt. Das Fahrrad war innerhalb von 30min aufgebaut und macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck, ich kann es nach 60 min Testfahrt bedenkenlos empfehlen. Lediglich bei den Lautsprecher scheint bei uns eine Halterung zu fehlen, wenn er tatsächlich nur durch die zwei Schrauben an der Rückseite befestigt ist, wackelt er stark hin und her, gerade wenn man den Bildschirm dreht.

I'm really pleased to have received my bike and while it didn't come quick due to the Christmas rush, the customer service has been fantastic, with updates on progress and follow up. I'm really excited to start using it!
