Love the bike, quick delivery and really good to use. Had an issue with the plug blowing, contacted their customer service team who got back to me really quickly and sent out a replacement.

Order a bike online without any problem. Fast shipping and great communication. The bike is very nice and better than expected. After that I had some question and emailed support. Within 24h the emailed me back with all the information needed. Fast and great customer support. I would recommend this store.

I have done Spin classes for 14 years and this bike feels smooth and comfortable to use. Putting the bike together was very easy and straightforward.

I purchased the Yesoul G1M Plus Bike, I totally loved it to the point that I've just recently also purchased the Yesoul R1M Plus Rowing machine and will be purchasing the Yesoul Walking Treadmill for Seniors with Long Handrails for my mother-in-law. There is something to say for a company that has wonderful product. Awesome membership packages (so affordable) and wonderful instructors and employees from all departments. This company has provided me a way to take care of myself with hope and promise that I absolutely can do this. I love Yesoul, Yesoulfitness and their employees beyond words and am grateful to everyone at the company. I've already purchased the membership. Ordered my spin bike on Sunday afternoon and arrived Tuesday afternoon. Super quick delivery which is great. I’ve only had the bike a day now but I really love it. I was searching for the right indoor bike for quite some time, when I came across this brand, it had the best reviews ! Once received it did not disappoint, the seat is super comfortable (with an optional padded add on) it’s so smooth and exceptionally quiet (someone else in the house hold wouldn’t be able to hear you). It’s easy to assemble and the screen is huge! Definitely recommend.
