My bike arrived without a sensor. They sent me a replacement in the mail and it got lost and they were happy to send another one right away. They have always been kind, helpful, and quick!

I've been very impressed with both the Yesoul bike and treadmill. The build quality is excellent, the screens are clear, and the speakers sound great. Being able to watch shows while exercising makes workouts much more enjoyable, and unlike some competitors, you're not restricted in what you can mirror to the screen. I had a couple of minor issues initially, but customer service was fantastic—quick responses and fast resolution. Both machines look great in my home gym and offer excellent value for money. At around a third of the price of a Peloton setup, they deliver a premium experience without the premium price tag. Highly recommended!

Once I bought the Yesoul G1M Plus, I stopped my gym membership. Why? Because I discovered a completely new way to stay active without having to leave my house. 😊 Now I have almost all of my daily meetings while riding my Yesoul bike. It has honestly changed my routine. If you work from home, get yourself a standing desk and put your Yesoul bike underneath. There you go :) you have your personal gym and your working area in one place! I used to sit for hours during meetings, but now I stay active the whole time without even realizing how much I’m exercising. My meetings have never been this enjoyable, especially with my biking shoes on. 😄 My friends started noticing that I lost weight, and my legs have become so much stronger and more toned. I also have more energy throughout the day, and I don’t feel guilty about sitting for long hours anymore. For me, this bike wasn’t just another piece of fitness equipment which, it completely changed the way I work and exercise. I actually look forward to my meetings now because I know I’ll be moving instead of just sitting in a chair. It has become one of the best purchases I have ever made, and I recommend it to anyone who wants an easy way to stay active while working. I purchased the bike about three years ago and it has been a great experience ever since. I love that YESOUL offers fitness programs you can join it feels like I’m working out at a gym but even more convenient because the gym is at home. When it comes to customer service very few times I’ve had to contact them. They’ve been extremely professional polite, and solved my concerns in a very timely manner. I would recommend YESOUL products and programs to my friends and family and will continue to use the products that I’ve already purchased.

Ordered the G1M max bike on 15/7/26 and it was delivered on 21/7/26 - outstanding delivery service and their customer service via email was very good The bike itself is very good and well built and having the additional speakers at the back makes a real difference Overall I am delighted with my purchase ☺️

Had this treadmill a few weeks now, the 21.5 inch screen is why I got it. Rotating it for floor stuff is surprisingly useful. Setup was easy enough but you’ll need help with the screen. Auto incline works smooth during classes, and the brushless motor is way quieter than my old one. Cast my phone’s fitness app to it with no lag. Solid for the price and does what I need for daily runs.
