High quality products with great customer support. When ordering I was advised that my order would need to be made to order from China as I was outside of the "in stock" countries. They kept me up to date through the process.

Incredibly realistic product
Incredibly realistic product, I ordered one after looking at the pictures and was still kind of shocked at how realistic it was.
Shipping takes a while but that's to be expected as it came from very far.

avoid this company
avoid this company , 1st feedback on the product are fake, up to this time on one particular 37.5lb doggy style , 5 customer provided feedback with photos but all 5 customers photos was taken from same please LOL , if you are making fake feedback but make it bit smarter ,
2, unclear description after placed my order now 2 option pay extra £84 customs or wait 4 weeks to be delivered from China , 3rd they did full refund but less £22 due currency exchange rate, if they clearly put on the ad descriptions you need to pay extra ££ on the 1st place I won't buy one, now losing £22 for nothing just lack of not providing clear details on the delivery time & additional cost.
4th , you place an order you want to get it asap but after 4 day chatting we end up cancel the order.

Hi,
Thank you for your message. We’re sorry again that this order did not work out as expected, and we truly understand your frustration.
We would just like to kindly clarify the situation to avoid any misunderstanding.
Your order was placed for an item is stock in our EU warehouse. Deliveries within EU member countries usually benefit from simpler shipping procedures, meaning there are no customs clearance or tariffs required.
Since the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU, shipments to the UK may require customs clearance.
As soon as we noticed this, we contacted you before shipment so we could explain the situation and try to find the best solution together.
Because you have declined to cooperate with the customs clearance procedures and have requested a full refund., we fully respected your decision and arranged a full refund promptly to your original PayPal account. Please kindly note that any exchange rate differences or processing fees charged by PayPal or your bank are determined by those providers and are unfortunately outside of our control.
Regarding the additional discount request, the item had already been listed at its lowest promotional price during our sale period, so unfortunately we were unable to reduce it further. We hope you can understand this was not a refusal to help, but simply the limit of what we were able to offer.
We always value customer feedback and respect every customer’s right to share their experience. To ensure everything is reviewed fairly and transparently, we have also provided the full order history and communication records to Trustpilot’s review team for their reference.
We sincerely regret that we were unable to complete this order for you, and we thank you for your time and understanding. We genuinely wish you all the best.
Kind regards,
Yeloly Support Team

Quite a great toy
This toy is made of super soft silicone that is very supple.the internal skeleton makes it very flexible to place into any position. The material seams to be very durable and should hold up for many years. It is definitely easy to clean ,with the 2 openings.Everything functions amazingly it is not to scale but is fun non the less.I would not hesitate to buy more toys from this company their quality is top notch.

Great Products
I purchased a sex doll and I received step by step updates along the way. Email responses within 24 hours, pictures and videos of the final product before shipment. The best life-like product, that I have ever purchased.

Skin texture is so amazing
This was so much fun! Not too heavy either. Feels so real and good. It was simple to clean, and it came with a drying tool. Note that this is unisex and can be used for male as for female. Highly recommend!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend!
The Arlene sex doll is amazing and exceeded my expectations in so many ways! First off, there’s absolutely no odor or greasy feeling, which is such a relief compared to other similar products. The material is top-notch and feels incredibly realistic. The breasts, in particular, feel fantastic – so soft, supple, and lifelike.
However, the joints are pretty stiff, and the 39lb weight caught me off guard – it’s much heavier than I anticipated. While this adds to its realistic feel, it can make moving and cleaning the doll a bit of a challenge. I highly recommend purchasing proper cleaning tools, like a vaginal cleaning device, a dryer rod, and a UV rod for disinfection. These are essential for keeping it clean, dry, and free of moisture, which will ensure its longevity and your safety.
The body proportions are absolutely spot-on and even better than described in the product details. Everything is so well-designed and realistic, making the whole experience satisfying and enjoyable. The moment I saw her, I couldn’t wait any longer – she exceeded all my expectations. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and can confidently say this product offers incredible value for the price.
