They haven't answered my question which is quite important in regards to whether i can take the supplement i bought from them. I emailed them and haven't heard back. Edit I've had my question answered and it was very thorough and informative thank you!

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner as our turn around time for emails is between 3-7 business days as stated on our ‘contact us’ page. I noticed that this Trust Pilot was posted on Tuesday November 9, 2021 which is just 4 days after your initial email. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days and your email was, in fact, still in cue to be answered as it had only been 2 business days since your inquiry. Unfortunately, there are laws in place that restrict holistic practitioners like myself from answering medical related questions such as yours. Therefore, I cannot answer any medical related questions and I would encourage you to ask your doctor or local pharmacist. Our Terms and Conditions state that we do not answer any medical questions. While shopping our website the buyer is required to check a box which agrees to our Terms and Conditions and Policies before they are able to checkout. I see that you gave your consent to our Terms and Conditions during your checkout on October 31, 2021. I will send you a follow up email with our Terms and Conditions and Policies for your record keeping. Please note that we also have a Disclaimer on our homepage as well as on all Product Labels stating that the “buyer must consult with a medical professional before consuming any of our products”. After considering our Terms and Conditions, our speedy delivery, and our amazing promotional sale, then sadly - I would have to very respectfully disagree with your 2 star rating.
