Hello Timmy, We are so sorry that shipping times exceeded your expectations. Please note that we have a 24-72hr processing period before parcels are sent out upon ordering. It looks like your order was placed on 02/15 and was shipped out on 02/17, but did not arrive until 02/21. This means that your package was in transit for 4 days instead of the expected 2-Day Shipping average with FedEx Express shipping. The cost of FedEx Express is $10 which includes tracking, insurance, and 2 day shipping (which FedEx cannot guarantee during these unprecedented times). We do not have any jurisdiction regarding the cost of shipping, as this price is a flat rate from FedEx. After further investigation, we see that FedEx indicated a "delay beyond their control". I have sent an inquiry to my FedEx representative to get more information. In the mean time, I have issued you a refund for the cost of shipping, so be sure to check your emails/bank records.
