I get emails and phone calls from lenders every day, which I usually ignore. I happened to respond to the email from Yarrow by calling and speaking with Kenada (Ken) Putmon. He was extremely courteous and told me about the SBA disaster loan program and how to apply. I was able to register with the SBA and submit a very simple application form. A few days later I received an email from the SBA saying my company was approved. I logged into the SBA website and confirmed the loan amount, then about a week later the loan was funded directly into my company bank account. Thank you, Ken. you and your staff are great!
