The process was as easy as it could be and, so far, everything they have told me was going to happen has been spot on. I'm always a little skeptical with financial institutions, but they seem to be very transparent and honest. The interest rate was a bit high, but it was acceptable and they didn't try to cover it up. It was full disclosure and I was able to make an informed decision.
