Do not use them at all especially Paul…
Do not use them at all especially Paul Nimoy out of Chicago gives a predatory rate which they broker and are not the actual lender. In this case he said he had a loan for 32000.00 with a payback of 48k we were planning on payback the loan in less the a few month so the total discount would have been 38k so 6k payback for short term money we were ok with. we signed documents multiple times and everytime they came back with new conditions they have all our bank info and now after days they want an AR report. lol this guy is a clown albeit my partner does not have good credit but mine is stellar. Do not trust this guy and when things go south he gets nasty and call people children. you don't sign all the docs and then come out of the blue with more conditions. don't waste your time as Paul Nimoy is very pushy and acts like everyone should drop everything. in fact after we submitted everything which we was the last condition we had to ask him what was going on. that's when he came back again with new conditions. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM PAUL NIMOY OTHERS IN THEIR COMPANY MAY BE OK BUT HE IS A JOKE AND DID NOTHING BUT HARRASS US WHEN WE SAID WE WERE GOING TO PULL OUT OF THE DEAL HAPPY TO SHARE HIS TEXT MESSAGES IF NEEDED.

Hello Matthew- thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that it's extremely frustrating to keep having conditions added. However, please understand that we are a marketplace and source the best deals available based on the situation. We cannot control what the lender and underwriters request as they continue their final review in closing. In this scenario they found more information in final underwriting which prompted them to request more information (credit of another partner and seasonality with deposits). We are not making an excuse for this, but just explaining what happened. But of course, we understand that it is time consuming and frustrating which is not our goal. For that, we offer our sincerest apologies.
