Hello, we've looked into this for you and initially the manufacturer told us your order was on a 3 day backorder, but that 3 day backorder turned into an almost 2 week backorder due to not being able to get the materials (steel) they need. We spoke with them this morning regarding your order and the material arrived this morning and they told us your order will absolutely be shipping out this week. Regarding any emails or voicemails from you, we've searched our database and cannot anything from the email address we have on file nor the phone number we have on file for you, so we're unsure regarding that. We do apologize regarding the delay, we should have communicated with you much more than we did and ultimately we dropped the ball regarding communication. We spoke with you this morning and explained the situation and you said you wanted to keep your order. Thank you for being so understanding and giving us a chance to make it right. Thank you for being a highly valued customer and we hope you enjoy your day.

Hello Kaylea, we're sorry you're unhappy with your Patina fire pit. We've looked into this and we don't have a single email or phone call from you regarding your dissatisfaction with your fire pit, and we've never received a return request from you. Your fire pit was delivered on December 11th and we have a 30 day return policy regarding the product you ordered. On the product page of the fire pit you purchased, in the 2nd sentence it says "Your new fire pit will arrive with a natural rust patina finish" as you can see here: https://www.yardfocus.com/products/clemson-steel-fire-pit-by-patina-products If you had contacted us at [email protected] and let us know of your unhappiness we could've setup a return for you, but since you didn't our hands are tied as it's well past our 30 day return policy.
