Overcharged then attacked
I was vastly overcharged for a tiny arrangement for my grandfather’s funeral. When I called later to lodge a complaint the owner berated me over the price of each flower she chose for the piece and when I started crying and called her a b, she told me she knew my dead grandpa and he was nice unlike me. I gave a budget and a color palate for a large and tall arrangement. She maxed out the budget with $10 a stem flowers on a tiny table setting size planter. I took many pictures. I gave them a poor Facebook review and have been harassed since. I will never recommend them to anyone especially during an emotional time. Uncaring and looking for a quick buck.
