I have received 2 orders via Yanwen: both were tossed on the walkway randomly, no where even close to the porch! the first one landed by bushes, so I almost missed it!! These were paid for, legitimate orders. If I was the manufcturer, I would NOT use this delivery service!

I waited for my package for over a week when the store promised a 3-4 day delivery. When I reached out to customer service, they said they can't give me a delivery date because the driver has to decide when to deliver it. That's the first time I hear the driver decides when a package gets delivered. I kept asking questions and customer service weren't responsive at all.

Absolute worst experience EVER with a carrier. They never delivered the package! They had a photo that was not my address! I immediately contacted them through email, cant call them, they said it would take a week or 2 to investigate!! My resolution: sorry for the inconvenience, there is nothing more we can do contact the company i bought my product from. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVUCE EVER! DO NOT USE THEM! they will steal or lose your packages

If i could leave a zero I would. Because of yanwen, my jewelry business took a huge plunge. They delivered a 500 dollar jewelry package to the wrong house. My items were from alibaba who has been giving me the run around for a month, trying to get it resolved. I cant get my money back and I never got the package. Im disgusted.

Horrible! Yanwen was the courier service for something I purchased. The worker threw the package about 10 feet away to my front door. I have the video and that's horrible that the workers would be so lazy and do this.

The delivery person stepped off the sidewalk into my garden to take a picture of the package. He broke a walkway light of at the ground and broke a vase. He looked down at the damage, threw the package over onto the porch and walked away. Did not check the package nor report the damage. I gave a video of the entire incident. I was told to send the video to verify my account. I did and have received no resolution for the damage.

Driver stole my package after taking a picture, send evidence to their support team and they didn't want to refund anything. And now ran into another problem where they're literally refusing to deliver. It is a delivery company, that can't deliver. IT IS A DELIVERY COMPANY. THAT. CAN'T. DELIVER. I specifically email businesses that use this about these problems too, I won't buy anything from any company that uses it.
