Horrible! Inaccurate tracking, said a package was delivered and it wasn’t. Incredibaly, the customer is allowed to change whether a package was delivered or not in the app… speaks volumes about their reliability. Never updated who would actually do the final delivery. Delivered by unknown service by chucking it up on the landing in front of my door undetected by my Ring camera… same one that had no problem seeing me when i went out to get it.

They lost my package. They delivered it somewhere that wasn’t my home and had the audacity to tell me to “check my surveillance camera”. Imaginary delivery footage of a delivery that never reached my door which is the whole problem. If you see this company handling your deliveries, BE WARNED!

I recently ordered and Unfortunately, the company YANWEN that was used for delivery, DID NOT PROPERLY place a notification OF DELIVERY. Because I DID NOT KNOW (from checking the UPDATES for that day), The package was left at my door WHEN I WAS NOT THERE to received it. I live in A LARGE UNSECURE APARTMENT BUILDING. There is A SAD AMOUNT OF THIEVERY that occurs when packages are left at the door. I've HAD TWO OTHER DELIVERIES GO MISSING from this SAME company YANWEN. The first package was delivered to my door at 11:43pm AT NIGHT ! The next package, was delivered and put in front of the mailboxes and not at MY DOOR. This last package, was delivered and left at my door, on the day that I checked and it showed NO DELIVERY for that day. Forget about CUSTOMER SERVICE. this company only uses AI Automate. Which means, your situation will not get resolved.

Cleverly person ( young girl) left package near street not on porch. I have picture of where it was left. If I hadn't seen her do it not sure if I woukd of found it.

Worst carrier I've ever had to deal with. Package was never delivered, and their customer service feign stupidity when I reached out to sort out the problem. I've asked them repeatedly who their local (USA) partner is to phone and sort things out myself, but they simply ignore my questions.

This is the worst delivery service. They keep telling me the driver can not find my home, even though they send me a pic of my home on the map, and it is clear. I think they have drivers from China who can't read English driving here... From china. Chat also tells me it may take 3 to 5 days for delivery. I have been waiting 2 weeks now. Any company that uses this place for delivery, I will cut them off . Total nightmare

Yanwen’s handling of my delivery has been appalling. They claimed a delivery attempt was made even though I was home, my building has a call box, and there is a staffed front office available to provide access. After that supposed attempt, there was no prompt redelivery, no meaningful communication, and no response to my direct outreach. More than a week passed while the package remained stuck in limbo, with vague tracking updates and no apparent urgency to actually deliver Because of this experience, I will not purchase from retailers that use Yanwen for delivery, including Oxknit. No product is worth dealing with this level of incompetence and lack of accountability.
