Excellent product and great communication

Description was right on. Shipped fairly quickly. The mannequin was packed well and looks well made. We needed a precise size and yank mannequins delivered.

We ordered 2 mannequins and when they arrived, we found that they were damaged, mostly on the torsos. What made the service the best was how you corrected the situation in a very timely manner. Small museums like mine really watch how we spend our money. Your company really took care of us.

It’s no secret— Yanks mannequins aren’t cheap. But having purchased a “budget” mannequin from Amazon previously, I was sorely disappointed in its quality; the Yanks mannequin is infinitely better in terms of its proportions, skin tone, articulating capabilities, and overall level of realism. I’ve learned my lesson: you get what you pay for. Going forward, I won’t deal with anyone but Yanks.
