Seated mannequin was exactly what I was hoping it would be. It was delivered when it said it would be, in excellent condition. I will go to Yanks Mannequins the next time our museum needs a new figure.

I had a problem with a missing screw and slight damage in shipping. I called the number and someone answered right away. (5 stars) I discussed the problem, sent a picture and was given a fair credit in a couple hours with a thank you for buying the product. (5 stars) Great looking mannequin (5 stars)
