Quick turn arounds.. the product looks like the photos. Unfortunately, mine had a damaged torso from shipping, but when I reached out to the company, they immediately responded and shipped out a new one. Absolutely the best experience!

First shipping was relatively fast, item was well packaged. However, I found the arm to be quite rigged and the hands seem to be a tad on the small side.
