We are always looking for a warm…
We are always looking for a warm climate to visit in February and once again Yampu provided a wonderful experience-this time in Chile. The trip was well planned, and the guides were professional and punctual. Our two favorite stays were in the Patagonia Camp with deluxe yurt dwellings and the luxurious Santa Rita estate hotel. Wonderful experiences in a gorgeous country.

Great
Great. Only issue was that addresses were often unavailable on itinerary making us having to search for them.

Kenya: An Outstanding Adventure
I had the pleasure of working with Karolina to book my Kenya safari. Kenya was magical and the itinerary was pulled off with almost no hitches...and with the one issue (bags didn't make the connection), Yampu was there following up to assure that my bags made it to where they needed to be. We went to three separate areas of Kenya -- each offering a different glimpse into the country and the animals: Amboselli, Samburu and Masai Mara. I thought one safari in a lifetime would be sufficient...I was wrong! Definitely hope to be able to return to Africa.

Excellent service and good hotels
Excellent service and good hotels. Mind you, not always that cheap and service would be better if there had been a verbal communication as to what the client seeks during his holiday.

Our guides were great
Our guides were great, I’d say our guide for Thailand, we only met once in the way from the airport, she was nice but slept the entire drive which we thought was not appropriate. We loved all the places we went and stayed. We did feel that for the price we should have had nicer hotel accommodations. Not the hotel itself but the room we were booked. The itinerary does note standard but prices in Thailand and Bali are extremely low so we would have expected some upgrades at least. We loved our trip, loved the country, not many issues with flight air etc.

Great pre-trip communications and…
Great pre-trip communications and coordination. The trip itself was wonderful as well... activities were perfect mix for the group, with plenty of challenging hikes etc mixed with great scenery, good hotels, and fantastic food.
