Dear Jose: First of all, I wish to thank you and your staff for working with us to make our trip memorable. I know we had had last minute changes that you handled admirably. The guides and drivers were so knowledgeable, courteous, and eager for us to learn about their country. We enjoyed the laid back relaxed atmosphere of Isla de Rosario. The weather was perfect, the food fresh and graciously served and the rooms had an island vibe. The only drawback which many others have mentioned on trip advisor, was the inconsistency of hot water. The explanations we were given as to why the hot water for bathing was at times unavailable were really not credible. The Sofitel in Cartegena is a truly beautiful hotel. The spa is fabulous. However, the staff in the hotel is not quite up to 5 star standards although they do try. Our guide, Julio is a true gentleman with wonderful inside stories making our tour of old Cartegena and Il Poppa delightful. If I wasn't so embarrassed I would send pictures of us totally covered in mud from the volcano. I know we asked for the visit to be included, but I would not recommend it for the faint of heart. Oscar, our guide in Bogata is truly remarkable. His knowledge of the Gold Museum, Mount Serratt, and especially the fantastic Salt Museum, certainly greatly enhanced our visit to Bogota. PS. We all really enjoyed our lunch at Casa Isidra and thank you for recommending it. If all Perivian food is as delicious as our lunch, we will be looking for Peruvian restaurants in DC.

I'm a fairly busy person, but really wanted to go to Antarctica. Yampu Tours handled the whole trip for me, sorting through the various expedition options and helped to find the one that was best for my needs. The trip was incredible and without a doubt the best adventure I've ever had. This is my second time using Yampu, last year they sorted out an adventure for myself and my mother to visit Myanmar. That too was an amazing trip. All of their guides are wonderful and well chosen.

Had an amazing experience. Traveling with kids is always a challenge especially in a foreign country and not speaking the language. However Yampu Tours made our vacation a memorable one. At no point of time, we felt uncomfortable. All the guides and drivers were resourceful and very helpful. Wendy was helpful from the time we planned our trip. She made the itinenary not only planning for the adults but thinking of the kids as well. There were several activities for the kids - seeing them laughing was priceless. Start to end, Yampu organized an excellent 7 day tour. All days were filled with interesting sights and important landmarks. Hotels were the best value available and excellent locations. Internal flights and transportation were well planned. The only minor criticism evolve around the english language skills of the tour guides in Hanoi and Saigon.

Our tour to Quito and the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador was extremely well planned, with excellent accommodations and knowledgeable tour guides. The experience was once in a lifetime and my husband and I are grateful we chose Yampu to plan it for us!

We started travelling with Yampu in 2009 when we took our first trip to South America and visited Peru. We researched tour companies and spoke to several different ones, and we were the most impressed with Yampu. When we decided to take our second south america trip this year (2016) we also booked through Yampu. Our 2016 trip was to Brazil, Argentina, and Chile including Patagonia. We wanted to sample a little of everything and wanted to cover a lot of ground. The trip went very smoothly. Our hotels, tours, and transportation were perfect. When you want to see a lot of different places in a short time, you need a very good tour company to arrange your itinerary and transfers so everything works smoothly and efficiently. Yampu also did a great job helping us select the best itinerary that matched our particular desires and interests. This company really knows south america and their affiliates down there are excellent. We were also very impressed with their custom printed daily itinerary and trip guidebook they provided us showing us the details of our trip and what to expect, which I carried with me and referred to each day. This guide also included a brief overview of each country and destination we visited. There was one time on our recent trip when we had a question about a local pickup and tour, and when we called Yampu, they jumped on it right away and provided us clarification. This company knows their stuff and they have been doing this for awhile. We were very satisfied with Yampu. Happy Travels!

I was proactive in planning my trip to Vietnam trying to experience everything I had been researching. My agent did a fabulous job putting the final itinerary together including amazing hotel suggestions. The guides were PERFECT, spoke English, knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. I hope to plan another trip in the near future and will definitely use Yampu Services again

Amazing trip to Macho Piccho and Amazon River! Very dependable, prompt, guides were excellent. The transportation was smooth, no problems. The accomodations were excellent except the one hotel in Aguas Calientes, The El Mapi. Ok hotel, food not very good. Should have stayed at the Inkaterra Pueblo, wow that is nice! The hotel in Lima was beautiful but in the business district, terrible location. Better down by the water in a section called Mira Flores. All in all, a great trip. Thank you.
