Karolina is awesome!! She planned a fabulous trip for us, and she reacted quickly when the airlines changed a flight.
Response from Yampu ToursMay 13, 2019
Thank you so much, Jerome! We are all ecstatic that you enjoyed your trip thoroughly. Karolina has been with us for nearly 15 years and always put the client's needs first. Karo and the rest of the team can't wait to travel with you again in the near future!

Stephanie Rudolph was my agent for a recent trip to South America and she was wonderful, again. She also arranged a southern Africa trip for us that went very well. She was very patient with my initial indecision regarding what I wanted to do and see and with the budget I gave her. My many questions were quickly addressed. The trip itself went very smoothly with very minimal exceptions. After the vacation, she made sure I was reimbursed for meal paid and not taken and for an airline extra charge for baggage. Once again, an excellent job of getting me to what I wanted to do and see in the 5 countries I visited.

Douglas, We are happy to hear your trip went smoothly! Stephanie and the rest of our travel experts work very hard to make sure our travelers' trips go as planned, and if anything goes astray they are quick to correct it. We thank you for being a returning traveler and are excited to plan your next adventure!

Wonderful trip to Mexico with Yampu Tours! I went on a yoga/art retreat with Yampu Tours, organized by Monica and would highly recommend their company. From the reservation booking to the day of travel and onto the trip, every detail was taken care of. I was lucky to have Monica, one of the owners , traveling with us and she is exceptional. She never stopped working to insure the groups comfort and happiness. Looking forward to booking future adventures with Yampu.

Thank you, Robin! Our first annual Yoga Art for Joy Retreat seemed to be a huge success. Monica loves to entertain and is always hard at work to make sure all expectations are met, We look forward to traveling with you again and possibly seeing you at the second retreat in 2019!

Great boat/accommodations; guide; every member of the crew was helpful and disciplined (without being obnoxious). The food was very good. Our brief time in Quito was great, too: very good guide, driver and hotel. We got a good feel for the city in a day and a half. We will highly recommend working with Yampu if anyone wants to know about our trip.

Richard, thank you so much for your kind words! We will be sure to use you as a reference in the future 😉 Ecuador is one of our favorite destinations. When visiting the Galapagos, a good cruise can either make or break the experience so we use only select fleets chosen by our travel experts to make sure all goes smoothly! We look forward to traveling with you again soon!
