YAMM has made the whole experience of sending mail merges so much easier! Plus, their support is excellent -- they respond to questions immediately.

I used YAMM for emails to a Volunteer Firemens Association contaction notices and reminders. It was easy to use and provided great feedback information. I am no longer Secretary and thought I canceled my account, I did not. When I asked for a refund, they responded quickly and canceled my account and the refund was sent back to me in 3-4 days. They kept in contact with me the whole time. If the opportunity arises, I will use YAMM again. Steven G.

YAMM is so simple to use, and even the few times you have to use support, YAMM is very responsive and and resolves my concern very quickly.

I use YAMM all the time for sending out bi-weekly newsletters, updates, and check-ins. As an email tool is is very useful and precise. Recently I contacted the help desk with an issue I having getting bold and hyper-linked text to send formatted in an email while using a YAMM spreadsheet. They were very patient with me. The process took a few days to sort out but I learned that in order to send formatted text the entire cell would need to follow that format. I tried that with bold font and it sent as underlined font in the email. I'll probably keep troubleshooting or just give up on having a seemless format. I do still feel like the help desk helped me take a step in the right direction.
