Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM)Reviews of yamm.com

I work with YAMM for years and it is a simple and effective way to merge mails. the customer / technical services are very responsive. even if I only need to contact them once over 5 years. great experience!

Google Chrome made an update, YAMM support responded and fixed the compatibility issue within hours of reporting it. They provided several updates along the way and resolved the issue in record time! 10/10 would recommend this tool.

I had a time critical mail merge to do, and I had a problem with my usual browser. I emailed support. They have a very useful function of allowing the user to prioritise the importance of the support, for example is it business critical. This was my second time to access the support. The first time was low priority, but the support team still got back to me in a timely way. This time, I placed it high priority. The support team (thank you Dimitris), got back to me within the hour, and after a few emails, my problem was solved. Great product. Fantastic support.

This tool is super amazing! It's giving me the flexibility I need to perform cold emailing easy and fast. If you are an email marketer, you'd be surprised you will be amazed by this tool unlike any other advanced email blasting platforms out there. Emailing to a minimum of 400 emails per day for Gmail.com and 1,5000/day for yourdomain.com is super helpful! What I love most about YAMM is the tracking feature! It allows you to filter emails from those who opened, clicked links, and haven't opened our emails and follow-up from there. Super easy! And lastly, this is the only mail merge tool that would let you email from another email account or email aliases. Plus the personalization of this tool, like the firstname and anything you want to personalize, it's very easy to do and it's very accurate! Oh one more, and this is the last thing, promise. The support team! They're very nice and they respond to your email support. It's nice that you have someone to talk to or to get some help with if you need any. Kodus, YAMM support team! Highly recommended! Superb! YAMMy, indeed!
