I feel online training was not near as…

I feel online training was not near as good as in person. The first day we started at 6am, I took an east coast class and live in central, and got done at 6pm. We had literally a 5 min break in the morning and afternoon and a 25 min lunch break. I feel this was mental overload, way to much time staring at a screen and basically no breaks, I had the worst head ache by the end of the day, def not used to sitting that much! The instructor was good but I don’t care for the online experience.

We are constantly trying to improve our training and service, and greatly value your input. As you may know, our 4-Day Live Online™ Trainer-Led Classic Lash Extension Certification Training is focused on teaching new stylists how to safely and beautifully apply lashes customized to their clients. There is a lot of important information and instruction provided within those four days of training. In addition, we have built in extensive hands-on time so that you can practice the skills you have learned with live feedback from your trainer. We include “official” breaks in the morning, at lunch, and in the afternoon since we know it can be challenging to sit for extended periods while trying to learn so much and apply new skills and techniques. We let students know in the beginning of the training to take extra breaks throughout when needed, and we really mean it. In the future, we encourage you to take breaks whenever you need, to have a clear mind and get the most from your experience. We realize that a Live Online Training environment may not be suited for everyone, but it has proven to be a successful alternative for many while keeping everyone safe and healthy during these trying times. We regret that the experience wasn’t everything you desired. We're happy to offer you a free 1-Day Live Online™ Classic Certification Training to obtain additional hands-on assistance and guidance from one of our Xtreme Lashes® Certified Trainers. We know that the more you practice applying lashes correctly under the direct supervision of one of our Trainers, the easier it will be for you, and the happier your clients will be with their beautiful lashes.
