Thank you for your comments. Xtreme Lashes rewards its clients with the Inventory Savings Program. The more you buy, the higher your discount. It is our way of showing you our sincere appreciation. In the past, we provided you the best discount, based on your QUARTERLY or ANNUAL purchases, whichever provided you with the highest discount. However, we had feedback from customers who wanted a quicker way to earn higher discounts. We responded to this by now calculating your account discount based on your MONTHLY or ANNUAL purchases, whichever provides you with the higher discount. Many of our clients prefer this quicker way to earn higher discounts. Our new Infinity Lashes are loved by many of our stylists. As you know, there are a variety of factors that can impact adhesive functionality as well as potential irritation during lash application and we thank you for taking the time to speak with one of our Certified Xtreme Lashes Trainer & Troubleshooters for assistance. For suspected allergic reactions, the best thing to do is follow up with your primary care provider to be sure you do not have an allergy to cyanoacrylate adhesives, especially if you have had irritation to other adhesives in the past. Tacy, thank you for your comment. We offer three high-performing adhesives. Xtreme Volume, HP-Ultra and FlexFusion. The Xtreme Volume adhesive can be used for both volume lashes and classic lashes and has become a favorite. Many of our clients love HP-Ultra. However, our FlexFusion is the adhesive for sensitive eyes - the best adhesive for sensitive eyes on the market. It is on a very rare occasion that someone will have a sensitivity to FlexFusion. However, it can happen in rare instances. There are some people who will have a sensitivity to almost any substance. So, if you used FlexFusion on your sensitive clients, and they had a reaction to it, then, unfortunately, they are probably not candidates for lash extensions. If you did not use FlexFusion on your sensitive clients, I would recommend that you try it. FlexFusion is the best adhesive for sensitive eyes on the market.
